Riad Alaka is ideally located in the heart of the medina, at 100 m from port Bab Doukala with its very own market and taxi rank, which makes it easily accessible, a real bonus in the medina. It lies right at the entrance of the souks and at a few minutes’ walk from the exhilarating Place Jemna El Fna.

This is a splendid property, a real haven of peace, decorated in the traditional Moroccan style. Guests will be struck by its elegant and relaxing charm. The tastefully decorated interior oozes passion and respect for Moroccan tradition.

And, with the well-being of our guests in mind, we haven’t spared on modern facilities or necessary comforts either. Riad Alaka boasts a traditional hammam (Turkish bath), a massage parlour and beauty salon and comes with its own swimming pool, located in the central courtyard. A terrace with solarium and a lounge bar complete our list of facilities.

Our 7 rooms and suites, which can accommodate up to 16 people, have all been named after their prevailing colour theme. And for that extra personal touch, they have each been decorated in a different Moroccan style exuding nothing but elegance, comfort and refinement.

Our Moroccan major-domo and chef love nothing better than to help you discover the delights of Moroccan gastronomy during evenings laced with flavours, colour, ambiance and magic. From breakfast to dinner by candlelight, every meal will prove to be a culinary delight based on Moroccan flavours, brimming with the freshest of produce. Our cuisine rivals that of the very best traditional restaurants in Marrakech and our service is second to none.
