Booking conditions

Reservations
Your room reservation will have been secured once we are in receipt of your deposit, equal to 30% of the overall price of your stay, which you may pay by bank transfer or by credit card. The balance, and any extras, must be settled prior to your departure from Riad Alaka.

Rates
Our room rates are quoted on the basis of 2 people sharing and include a Moroccan breakfast.
Our rates are expressed in euro and are inclusive of the prevailing 10% VAT rate. Guests will be invoiced in Moroccan dirhams (dh). The exchange rate on the day of departure shall prevail.
A local tourist tax of 15 dh per person per night and a tourism development tax of 8 dh per person per night, i.e. 23 dh in total (€ 2,09), will be added to the price of your room. These taxes are passed on to the Town of Marrakech and to the Moroccan National Tourist Office in full.

Payment
Bills can be settled in cash or by credit card (a 4% surcharge as commission for the Interbank Monetary Centre shall apply).

Cancellations:
30 days prior to your arrival -> € 50 for administration costs
Between 30 days and 8 days prior to your arrival -> 50% of the overall price of your reservation.
Less than 8 days prior to your arrival -> 100% of the overall price of your reservation.
No-shows -> 100% of the overall price of your reservation.
